MakanSite is committed to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). This page describes what we collect and why, in plain language.
Owner data (you): name, email, phone, WhatsApp, payment info if you subscribe. Used to run your account and contact you.
Public site analytics: anonymous counts of page views, WhatsApp / call / menu clicks per shop. Used to give you traffic insight in your owner dashboard. NO personal identifiers, NO IP logging, NO fingerprinting, NO third-party cookies.
We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We use Supabase (hosting + database) and Stripe (payments) as data processors, both bound by their own PDPA-compatible terms.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete it any time. WhatsApp us or email through /contact. We respond within 21 days as required by PDPA.
